Here at MyCSP, we are now looking for a Scanning & Correspondence Administrator to join our Enquiry Centre in Liverpool.


As our Scanning & Correspondence Administrator, you will be responsible for the initial handling of MyCSP enquiries to ensure they are processed with the maximum efficiency and accuracy, enabling us to provide a premier service to its stakeholders and to meet contractual requirements. The role will involve preparation of post items for scanning, operations of various scanning and postal equipment and accurate recording of information onto a live system. Management and security of confidential documentation is a key priority of the role and the successful candidate will be accurate in their work and able to follow documented processes and procedures. The Scanning & Correspondence Administrator will be pro-active in working towards both individual and team objectives, identifying and implementing process improvements where appropriate in order to improve output and customer service.

You’ll be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above, have exceptional communication skills and be able to learn and retain specialist information.
