Sales Support/Hire Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, reliable Hire Coordinator to work in a busy hire company.
Ideal candidate must show initiative, strong willingness to work hard as you can progress your career.
This role involves coordinating the hire/sale of equipment, offering and identifying opportunities for additional products, booking of repairs, scheduling of transport for a team of drivers and general administration.
Duties will include:
· Take incoming calls and handle customer enquiries
· Process orders through specialist database system (Training Provided)
· Carry out credit checks on customers
· By understanding our products and services, recognise opportunities to offer additional
· Plan transport for small team of drivers
· Take incoming calls from drivers and resolve delivery / collection issues
· Escalate issues as required
must have a confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to multi-task and retain information. Self-motivated, reliable and punctual.
