Sales Support Executive / Sales Administrator / Telesales Executive, required for an award winning, specialist Brewing company, working with and selling to Pubs, Clubs,  Hotels, Restaurants, Wholesalers and other associated Customers

 

Package: Basic salary up to £20k dependent on experience + Company bonus + other benefits.

 

Location: Alcester, Warwickshire. Due to the rural location you will need to be able to drive and have own transport.

Start Date: ASAP

9am-5pm Mon-Fri with some evenings and weekends as required

Job description: Sales Support Executive / Sales Administrator / Telesales Executive

Background

  • Due to the continued growth and expansion of this Specialist Brewing company, we are seeking an office based Sales Support Administrator to support the Sales Support team in achieving their targets.
  • The role offers a real opportunity for the right person to shine and grow with the company.

 

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Supporting Sales Support Team Leader.
  • Telesales and telemarketing calls to customer base including Pubs, Hotels, Restaurants, both free trade and national accounts.
  • Assisting in achievement of distribution and sales targets for owned and third party brands.
  • Admin support for sales team including tenders and reports.
  • Analysing reports and identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Liaising with colleagues regarding orders and logistics.
  • General office support including shop.
  • Spending time out in trade with customers, if required.
  • Attendance at required meetings.

The above mentioned duties are neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out such other appropriate duties as may be required

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated to A Level or Equivalent
  • Preferred Telesales with B2B experience.
  • Sales experience
  • Computer literate with strong Excel skills including V Look Ups

  • Well organised.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Good telephone manner with strong sales technique.
  • Positive can do attitude with strong initiative.
  • High levels of customer service and response standards.
  • Results driven.
  • Confident when communicating at all customer/internal levels with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A polite and friendly manner.
  • The ability to think on your feet.
  • Passion for beer.
  • Ideally, within good commuting distance of the brewery, near Alcester in Warwickshire.
