Since 1996, our innovative solutions have provided accuracy and efficiency to local authorities, emergency services and other organisations that use address data.
This Sales Support Executive vacancy is a new role to help us develop and maintain relationships with our existing customers and to highlight potential sales opportunities to our sales team.
Key responsibilities will include:
+ Maintain regular contact with our existing customers
+ Identify new sales opportunities within our existing customer base
+ Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products and services
+ Ensure data accuracy and validity of customer data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
+ Share market intelligence gained with the sales team
+ Technical aptitude
+ Excellent telephone manner
+ Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
+ Results driven, highly motivated and disciplined
