Sales Support Administrator Required in Guildford
Basic Salary of up to £24,000
35 hours per week, Monday - Friday Plus 2 in 4 Weekends with time off in Lieu
Our client is a provider of Finance solutions to both Motor Trade Dealers and their customers alike, who as a broker specialise in arranging finance for consumers and businesses wishing to purchase cars, motorhomes, commercial vehicles etc.
They pride themselves on being able to source and provide the best finance solution available for each customer and in treating each customer as an individual. Based in rural Surrey with good road and rail links to their business they are looking for a customer focused individual to join their team.
The role as a Car Finance Sales Support Administrator, requires the successful candidate to answer incoming calls and internet enquires from dealers and their customers and gathering all the relevant information required for a complete finance proposal, and then pass onto the Sales team.
As such the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner, be a friendly point of contact and it is paramount that the successful candidate will also have a high level of attention to detail to ensure a smooth process.
You will be required to carry out computer based customer file handling, update the database, liaise with finance companies and then process the documents. You will also be required to carry out general office duties.
Whilst full training is provided, the ideal candidate will have some customer service experience and be both computer literate and educated to a reasonably high standard in both Maths and English. As well as being computer literate.
