Sales Support Brentford, Middlesex £20k - £22k My client a leading manufacturer and distributor of high end household product is seeking a Sales Support. Main Purpose of Position: To assist Sales Managers in providing outstanding service in processing orders. Reporting to: Operations Manager Key Skills: Efficient, good knowledge of system/IT, confident and able to take initiative. Pro-active, self managing. Excellent manner with customers. Responsibilities and Duties Manage and prioritise proposal requests, raise and send proposals to customers. Responsible for accuracy and efficiency of proposals produced. Able to understand technical drawings and answer any customer queries on interpretation of enquiry. Requires good knowledge of order processing system and company product. Convert estimates to orders and Order Processing. Raise necessary paperwork which includes works orders for factory. Responsible for gathering all necessary information like address and confirmed sizes/details of order, will need to be confident and proactive in identifying any potential problems with the order Able to check surveyor's drawings and transfer information to system, informing customers any change in their order. Liaise with Logistics department booking and confirming site survey and installations and deliveries for customers. Report daily sales figures in every morning meeting, accurately allocating sales to sales manager. E-mail breakdown of figures daily, with quantity and value of estimates done. Manage and maintain the system, and streamline processes. Liaise with IT support to achieve this; will require a very good knowledge of the system and the ability to create price-lists and products. Work closely with and support Sales Managers Customer feedback: after sales call to confirm customer will recommend our services Customer service dealing with any issues or problems that customers have in a professional manner with a speedy resolution.
