Crown Pavilions are recruiting Full time and Part Time Sales Professionals in Essex and Surrey NOW!

• Full Time Role in Essex (must be able to work weekends whenever required)Basic plus commission OTE 45K
• Part Time Role (Bagshot, Surrey)Basic plus commission OTE 25K

Crown Pavilions are looking for passionate, dedicated, hard working Sales Professionals with a desire to succeed.

What we’re looking for…
You don’t need to be familiar with garden buildings, but we are looking for people familiar with sales and great customer relations skills.
Part of a small but high performing sales team, you’ll inspire customers and help them to find just what they’re looking for and do everything you can to make their garden building project happen. You’ll be quick to get to the heart of every customers’ needs : whether it’s a small gazebo for afternoon tea, or a garden cinema room and bar : and find solutions that fit their requirements brilliantly.

As well as being passionate about customer service, you’ll need:

• The ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers
• A confident and professional manner in dealing with a variety of different customer situations
• Ability to work co-operatively with others
• Enthusiasm and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to engage and inspire customers through questioning and listening skills
• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or working in retail sales would be a must
• Flexibility to cover store opening hours including weekends, and work in alternative locations if required.
• Open to working at exciting and rewarding exhibitions
• The ability to use basic CRM software (training will be provided) and fill out reporting duties
• Passion to go above and beyond for your customer
