++ We are looking for a motivated, eager to learn and self-starting Sales & Procurement Coordinator to join our IT consultancy based in beautiful Dorset ++

Our clients approach with sales is to advise and provide solution selling, therefore candidates with a hard sales approach may not be suitable.
Sales & Procurement Coordinator Position Summary:
As Sales & Procurement Coordinator, you will work closely with all departments ensuring that orders for parts and licences are placed on time and ensuring that stock management is kept up to date using a dedicated PO/stock management system. You will also work closely with the Directors providing basic technical quotations to both Domestic and Business clients.
Your daily roles and responsibilities will include:
+ Provide basic quotations to Domestic & Business users which could include, Laptops, PC Setups, WIFI setups, backup solutions, hardware and other IT peripherals
+ Liaise with suppliers placing orders for hardware, software and Microsoft licensing
+ Ensure stock is booked in and accounted for in procurement CRM system
+ Maintain minimum stock levels
+ Procure best prices from suppliers
+ Book out stock when required by Technicians
Who are we looking for?
This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, sales experience, commercial/business awareness and who has ideally worked in a technical company.
The role would allow candidates to demonstrate a wide range of skills including, sales, commercial awareness, procurement, attention to detail, technical and relationship building with suppliers.
