Sales Order Processing Specialist (Salesforce)

They are looking to recruit a Sales Order Processing Specialist to validate commercial bookings and deliver the day to day process around sales order management in an accurate and timely manner.

Sales Order Processing Specialist (Salesforce) Responsibilities:

- Assist with commercial deal structuring and approval within SFDC to support the sales cycle and order efficiency.
- To drive documentation compliance throughout the sales and annuity process cycles; including work orders, purchase orders, contracts and statements of work.
- To review in detail all documents and ensure they comply with their policy, process and procedures.
- Identify areas of non-compliance with documents and processes and to integrate and liaise with other departments within the business to ensure swift resolution of such issues.
- Maintain Salesforce as directed, specifically to drive the opportunity process and control around commercial handover from Client Docs in to Order Management and through to Closed.
- To process all documents and system information accurately and in a timely manner, specifically SFDC Booking, Financial Force Projects, Sales Confirmation and subsequent Annuity Service Contract within their systems.
- Creation and upload of all Financial Force projects of commercial sale including creation of invoicing & revenue recognition milestones, Miscellaneous Adjustments and upload of Sabio resources to ensure complete handover to the support and delivery teams.

Sales Order Processing Specialist (Salesforce) Requirements:

- Experience of Sales Order Processing, Sales Support and / or equivalent role.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Financial Force and SAGE software systems preferable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Performance motivated and able to deliver key outputs working under pressure as required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Analytical and numerate with the ability to deliver to deadlines.
