JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Office Manager: Medical / Health care equipment

We are seeking a Sales Office Manager to organise and coordinate sales, marketing and engineering administration duties and office procedures. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Office Manager: Medical / Health care equipment

You will:

  • Manage and lead a small team of sales administrators
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Support of the order processing department
  • Organise office operations and procedures
  • Manage offers/quotation for customers, together with the Sales Managers
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide general support to field staff
  • Assist in tender processes
  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. Stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with headquarter and regular exchange
  • Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site activities, including meetings, trainings and conferences/exhibitions
  • Maintenance of the customer database CRM
  • Close work with Sales and CAS (Clinical Application Specialist)
  • Develop, organise and supervise Sales Meetings (Agenda, Protocol, Follow-up with Sales and CAS)

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Office Manager: Medical / Health care equipment

You will have most of the following characteristics and experiences:

  • Degree or equivalent (desirable); additional qualification in Management or training in team leading (desirable)
  • Proven work experience as an Office manager or Front office manager in leading position (e.g. team leader or supervisor)
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS World and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritise
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Decision-making skills
  • Willingness to learn new things and strong interest in the medical / healthcare environment
