Oria Recruitment is very excited to be recruiting for this amazing role! Our client an established company based in Wythenshawe are currently offering this fantastic opportunity for a driven, sales motivated, and people person to join them in the role of sales and Marketing manager.  The role is a new one within the organisation. We are looking for someone that wants the challenge of taking on a small team and implementing a sales office environment, along with sales plans, marketing ideas, business development training and staff appraisals. You must be a people person who can manage a team, and also be passionate about growing that team and achieving a busy and thriving sales environment.

Person Spec

MUST be driven and ambitious and thrive in a busy sales environment

Previous experience of leading and managing a team is desirable

Must have experience of putting together sales plans, and ideas on how to maximise business and profits

Must be happy working within a small team, and eventually growing the team

Marketing experience is desirable

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of people

Must be able to train and motivate sales people

MUST be happy working in fairly small office

Job Spec

Managing the office

Managing office staff

Implementing sales plans

Creating motivational sales and marketing plans

Staff Appraisals

Carrying out disciplinary action and formal performance procedures if required

Implementing KPI’s and targets

Monitoring all work and ensuring staff are meeting set targets and KPI’s.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am  5pm.
