Internal Sales Line Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our IT based client situated in Bedfont Lakes, Feltham. The role includes: -Managing a team of 11 Internal Sales Account Managers -Motivating the team -Setting KPI's and monitoring the team against them -Ensure the team hit their sales targets -Deliver total client satisfaction by Building Relationships and Account Management -Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals -Holding regular team meetings -Producing weekly forcasts The right candidate would have: -A Degree in a relevant field with a strong background in sales (5/6 years +) -2 - 4 years related experience within a faced paced Internal Sales environment -Experience within IT is beneficial, BUT NOT essential -Proven people management experience -Experience in setting KPI's -Able to work towards goal achievement
