SALARY & BENEFITS: The salary range for this role is £50,000 - £75,000 plus OTE depending on experience and will be pro-rated if applicable.

THE ROLE: We’re looking for a world class Sales Executive for Services and Solutions to join our EMEA Commercial Team! As a key member of the team you'll drive new business services opportunities with the other pursuit members of the EMEA Commercial team from inception through to closing.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive for Services and Solutions to include:-

- Identify, uncover, and develop account opportunities within a given territory
- Direct, manage and lead the strategy of other pursuit team members, company resources, and partners throughout the new business sales cycle
- Excellent ability to quickly and properly qualify service opportunities to maximize an efficient sales cycle
- Provide timely reports on problems/opportunities and provide regular forecasting on new business opportunities
- Prepare and give end-user presentations along with proposals and marketing material for specific product & service offerings with other pursuit team members
- Choreograph and conduct assessments of customer requirements and needs
- Build and leverage relationships with our partners to insure the successful implementation of marketing automation solutions for customers in your geography and territory
- Network regularly with relevant Vendor Sales and Channel staff (Acoustic, Adobe, Salesforce, Unica) to help them to understand the benefits of working with Purple Square Consulting Services & Offerings.
- Participate in vendor events to help drive awareness of Purple Square Consulting and to understand the ongoing direction the marketing automation industry
- Negotiate and write contracts and where necessary face to face across the management and C-Level suite of customers and prospects
- Work closely with Purple Square Professional Services teams to successfully transition new customers to BAU Client Services teams when new contracts have been awarded
- Assist BAU Client Services teams with any required commercial assistance
- Maintain and monitor agreed service level commitments to the vendor sales and business partners
- Gain ongoing required vendor sales certifications

THE CANDIDATE: You’ll have a minimum of 5 years of experience selling Services and Solutions to the enterprise B2C marketplace (with an emphasis on Retail, Gaming or Financial Services solutions preferred but not essential), experience working within a larger enterprise and fortune level environment, comfortable interacting with C-suite level on a daily basis.

Key experience /s skills required for the Sales Executive for Services and Solutions position based across the South East:

- Degree or Equivalent educated in a relevant discipline
- Good working knowledge of marketing automation marketplace, with direct experience essential of at least one of the following: Acoustic, Adobe, HCL Unica Salesforce
- Excellent and open communication skills
- Team player
- Experience with Sales Methodologies such as Miller Heiman and Altify
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, commitment and self-belief
- A strong interest in technology and passion for sales
- Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement
- Self-motivated to continuously expand personal and professional knowledge
- Proficiency with modern cloud-based software and CRM
