Invigorate Recruitment are pleased to be assisting our local client in their search for a highly experienced Sales Development Manager to work for a social care company based in central Harrogate. The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic solution-seeker, with an innovative approach who demonstrates effective leadership and management continually & consistently.
The Sales Development Manager will effectively promote our client as a company committed to providing quality self-directed supports for adults, young people and children who are vulnerable and have complex needs. The successful candidate will develop excellent working relationships & partnerships with new and existing Commissioners and social housing providers.
The successful candidate will promote excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, whilst increasing new opportunities which will increase stability within the marketplace as well as development of strategic planning for new sales opportunities and marketing activities.
Experience within a Sales Management role is essential for this position, and experience within a medical or social care background would be extremely beneficial.
