Sales and Customer Service Administrator

Weekly Hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm
Wednesday 8.45am to 5.30pm
Friday 8.45am to 4.30pm
Total 39 hours per week (daily 1/2 hour lunch break)

A Sales/Customer Service Administrator is required to join a market leading manufacturer of high quality bathroom and bedroom furniture to a wide and diverse range of industries across the public and private sector.

Details:
Working in the customer service department, taking telephone calls from customers, processing orders and answering queries. Working with Excel spreadsheets and a bespoke ordering system.

Key Skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Communicate across relevant departments
- Computer literate
- Must be able to multi-task
- Accurate work, as attention to detail is essential
