We are a Banqueting venue based in North London, specialising in hiring our venue to potential customers to hold private functions, mainly weddings. We deal with a diverse cultural spectrum of customers from all cultures and am looking for a confident, motivating, enthusiastic and engaging sales representative to join our team.
Sales Coordinator / Representative Role Overview:
+ Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
+ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
+ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
+ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
+ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
+ Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
+ Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
+ Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
+ Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
+ Previous experience within a customer-driven role
+ Customer focused
+ You enjoy exceeding client expectations
+ Commercially minded
+ Can work to targets
+ Hospitality, Clerical or sales background
