An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Coordinator to join them in Enfield on a full time, permanent basis.
Within this role, you will deliver a high quality and efficient sales progression service to ensure properties purchased for long term leasing scheme are completed within agreed targets and standards.
You will support the Sales Progressor and will liaise with the third party suppliers and other key stakeholders involved in the acquisition process, ensuring the data base is kept up to date with progression of each purchase.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have substantial administration experience coupled with experience of updating and maintaining a database.
Although not essential, experience of working in a property or housing environment as well as knowledge of the housing buying process would be beneficial.
