Our client is a Community based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that they work in. The Trust is a “not-for-profit” landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in their Sales & Commercial Property Team for a Sales Assistant. An excellent administrator with a keen eye for detail, the Sales Assistant will be part of a team that covers the following key areas of business:
• Shared Ownership
• Market Rent Property Management
• Leasehold Management
• Right to Buy and Right to Acquire
• Insurance Management
The Sales & Commercial Property Team is a new team with a focus on developing the Trusts Shared Ownership and Market Rent portfolio. They are seeking to recruit someone who can adapt quickly to change and take on the challenges that come with working in a small but busy team. The right candidate will be able to self-manage, prioritise their workload and work under minimum supervision.
The Trust offers a 35 hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, other staff benefits and 25 days holiday rising to 30 days
