Sales Advisor - New Homes - PART TIME 30 HOURS PER WEEK A great opportunity has arose with our client in Newmarket, Suffolk, however this role will require travel to 3 sites within an hours drive of one another. Furthest site is just outside Cambridge. Fuel is paid and there is a car to use for day time use, but all candidates need to have own transport to get to and from the sites initially PART TIME POST 30 Hours per week Thursday - Sunday can be flexible on some occasions 10am-5pm We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Advisor who has a background working for a new build construction company/or 3 plus years in estate agency sales, to come and work for a client who has been in the new build construction industry for many years The role will include the following duties - Meeting and greeting potential buyers and all visitors Negotiation on sales Showing potential buyers around properties Following the sales process of the company Respond to all enquires Update customers on the progress of purchase Booking in viewings/Amending cancellations Generate sales and up sell on initiatives Work as a team to ensure the hub is meeting KPI'S Deliver constant excellent customer service face to face and via the telephone Carrying out various checks on buildings Travelling to another site to undertake customer appointments Able to hand complaints and deal with them effectively Completing the sales cycle of the sell This role requires someone who has experience in up-selling and closing sales deals. The right person needs to have previous experience in the same environment of selling new build properties as this role is for an immediate start and the candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running 24 days holiday MONTHLY Commission to be earned if KPI'S are met Basic 17-20k depending on experience PART TIME 30 Hours per week Full driving license is required for this post due to travelling from different sites A-C GCSES Please note only successful candidates will be contacted in regards to this role Blue Arrow is one of the UK`s largest recruitment businesses, dedicated to providing bespoke staffing solutions through a network of over 80 specialist branches and on-site locations.
