Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading Manufacturer based in Sheffield, who are looking to bring on board a Sales Administrator.

This is a great opportunity to be apart of a growing and leading manufacturing business. The successful candidate will have excellent excel and computer skills, as is the passion to meet tight deadlines with accurate information. You will be enthusiastic, professional, well organised, diligent, and be able to work both as an individual and as part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Processing of all sales orders with the customer
-Follow up on any open customer quotes
-Liaise with production department on prioritisation of orders
-Liaise with shipping department on timing of shipments in line with customer requirements
-Generate sales documents, showing Key Accounts open orders and orders despatched
-Produce weekly/monthly/adhoc sales report as directed by the UK Sales Manager
-To be able to calculate forecast sales by customer on a monthly basis and performance
-Stock management
-Processing and issuing of Purchase Orders
-Raising and processing of invoices
-Reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration for the department
-General account management
-Customer complaint handling
-Report on Customer Activities on a daily basis via internal reporting system

Key Skills:
-Experience of working in a fast paced Manufacturing environment
-Experience in a sales Administration environment (2/3 years)
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Organisation and planning skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Decision making skills
-Excellent IT skills
