Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover),

About the role

As a Sales Administrator within our Taggarts Glasgow Jaguar dealership in Hillington you will assist with the day to day running of our operations department in providing high quality administration support to our sales executives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Organise, schedule and diarise RFL renewals, V5 updates, and insurance cover
  • Taxing and invoicing new and used cars
  • Raising Purchase order for maintenance work required
  • Liaising with customers and dealing with their enquiries* Inputting stock details on group's computer system.
  • Arranging new car deliveries with drivers.

Your Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

  • Previous car sales administration experience essential
  • Computer Literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Kerridge /ADP experience would be advantageous
  • Confident communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner* Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work successfully as a team player
