Sales Administrator (Full time) - Global Leader

The Role:

Due to a recent internal re structure, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the sales team based in Widnes. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Office Manager and work with members of the customer service and sales team to ensure all administration duties are resolved in a timely manner. You will need the ability to work using your initiative, whilst having excellent problem solving skills. Additionally, the role demands strong interpersonal skills to achieve the desired results in a fast paced environment. 

You will be required to:

+ Provide accurate administrative support to the sales team 
+ Investigate and resolve sales ledger queries
+ Process Master Data requests for new accounts and Customer updates
+ Complete the data input of weekly and monthly pricing reviews 
+ Process Credit and Debit requests
+ Log complaints accurately on Univar ERP system and co-ordinate customer responses.
+ Review and communicate service level reports for the Customer Service team.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, and able to demonstrate the following:


+ Accuracy of information presented
+ Strong organisation skills 
+ Strong administrative skills 
+ Strong computer skills - strong Excel 
+ Ability to work to deadlines 
+ Knowledge of SAP would be preferred.
