●Answering​ ​incoming​ ​sales​ ​calls
●Raise​ ​quotations​ ​&​ ​orders
●Supporting​ ​the​ ​Internal​ ​and​ ​External​ ​Sales​ ​teams​ ​as​ ​required
●Updating​ ​CRM​ ​System
●Providing​ ​customers​ ​with​ ​updated​ ​delivery​ ​schedules
●Ensuring all customer orders, enquiries and requests are handled appropriately and customer's​ ​expectations​ ​are​ ​managed

●Strong communication skills and experience of building good working relationships over the phone
