Our client is the leading provider of Employee Car Ownership Schemes in the UK, delivering complete solutions that span consultancy and scheme design through to implementation and fleet management. They have a strong client base in Automotive and Corporate sectors, working in partnership with 25 manufacturer brands to deliver schemes to more than 300 businesses and 2000 franchise dealerships.

Position: Sales Admin / Account Management
Location: Head Office, Bury
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Mon - Fri 9-5
Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum

About the role:

You will support the growth strategy in the automotive division by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to increase levels of business and servicing the client’s needs in line with contractual commitments.

Responsibilities:

- Manage key relationships with Scheme Coordinators (SC), providing them with direction and support in order for them to manage the Scheme effectively in house, with an objective to make the SC an ambassador and promoter of our client and its products.
- Administer quotations where necessary, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and adhering to specific quotation processes required for that client.
- Meet agreed SLAs, ensuring that accountability is taken at all stages of the process within the required timescales and actions are delivered to a high standard.
- Manage workloads effectively to ensure client response times are handled efficiently and liaise with other team members and the Team Leader when required to ensure high levels of customer centric service is maintained at all times.
- Monitor quotations created that have failed to reach ‘order accepted’ status within the expected time frame and follow up with the relevant client contact, encouraging quotations orders and deliveries to be processed in a timely manner.
- Highlight any Scheme Coordinator training needs and liaise with CET Field Operations.
- Managers to arrange such training.

About you:

- 5 GCSEs grades A-C including English and Mathematics.
- Formal Sales training.
- Customer service qualification.
- Proven successful Telesales Experience.
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills MS Office and internal software.
- Strong Numeracy skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Previous administration experience in a sales role.
- A proven track record in the development of external client relationships and the delivery of excellent service.
- Results orientated with the drive to achieve individual and team based targets.
- Previous experience working in the Automotive Industry.
- Previous experience of working in bank administration.
