JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales / Service Administrator : Compressed Air Systems - All Sectors

We are specialists in our industry of Compressed Air and Pneumatic Equipment; and due to growth we are looking for a Sales and Service Administrator to join us. We are passionate about being the best at what we do, providing over and above customer service to all clients both old and new.

We are looking for a friendly and hard-working Administrator who shares our values and is passionate about providing a high quality service.

You will have a varied role, where two days are never the same, working with all members of our team.

You will be the glue that keeps us all together!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales / Service Administrator - Compressed Air Systems - All Sectors

Your responsibilities: A day in the life of a Sales and Service Administrator
· Handle all customer enquiries via telephone, email and from our website.
· Process customer orders and create invoices for both UK and Exported items.
· Take and process credit card payments.
· Create purchase orders and process goods in.
· Create weekly reports on stock re-orders
· Communicate with customers on supply numbers and any price increases
· General office administration.

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to demonstrate:
