The Sales Administrator Opportunity:
+ Compiling quotations based on plot schedules for regional managers
+ Working within your regional team (regional managers & CAD) to produce props and quotes
+ Compiling SHORs and handover documents for secured projects
+ Technical liaison with design team to produce designs at quote/secured stage
+ Updating CRM for all opportunities
+ Following agreed company workflow processes
+ Issue CPD certificates for attendees
+ PQQ’s and tender support
+ DNO/MPAN register control (chasing MPANs for DNO applications to be made)
+ Gather pictures from Google Drive (installations)
+ Field incoming calls
+ Provide FIT/System support for home owners and enquiries
+ Update deposit register and project folders for new contracts
+ Field and issue domestic/web enquiries
+ Provide Web quotes for Domestic Enquiries
+ Pre-qualify Domestic Leads/ PV & Battery Storage
Ongoing monthly tasks:
+ Update council lists to check for new energy plans (led by Sales Support Manager)
+ Monthly reports for Sales Meeting:
+ Installation pictures
+ Reporting against KPI and activity levels
What we're looking for:
+ Have the drive and hunger to be successful
+ Be diligent and have good attention to detail.
+ Be trustworthy and share the company values (Innovation, Trust, Fairness and Excellence).
+ Experience of Sales, data entry, producing quotations, small project management
+ Renewable energy or construction industry experience advantageous
