Sales Administrator - Reading

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

The Role:

Our Client is a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of musical instruments.

They are looking to recruit a motivated, ambitious and experienced EU Sales Administrator.

This purpose of the role will be to support the European Sales Operations process. Effectively assist, execute and co-ordinate the operational tasks of the Europe Sales Office. To actively contribute to the continuous improvements and enhancement of the sales process

Role Responsibilities Include:

• Distribution of price and product data to all SU's
• Collation of content for Sales presenter (showpad)
• Sales related elements of the EDM product database
• Sales Order Entry process for various accounts across Europe
• Provision of reports relating to sales activities, such as promos, new product launches etc.

Requirements of Role:

• Liaise closely with other Sales Operations staff to ensure optimal efficiency in working practice
• Attend company strategy and product meetings when required
• Keep well educated in all aspects of the our client's brands & products
• Be aware of the role of Sales Operations in relation to other key business functions

Ensure High Level of Internal & External Customer Satisfaction:

• Maintain High Quality relationships with all departments including SU's & RJA
• Continually examine processes and implement improvements
• Keep abreast of competitor activities in order to provide strategic insight

Person Specification, Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience of data driven environment with high levels of accuracy
• Extremely organised in terms of data management
• Able to multi task and meet goal deadlines
• Fluency with MS Excel & Word
• Ability to quickly become proficient with other reporting tools
• MI Industry experience preferred
• The ability to work with broad range of cultures, languages and staff levels
• Good interpersonal and social skills
• Ability to play a musical instrument is an advantage but not essential
