Our client is an innovative medical solutions provider that works hand-in-hand with the NHS to deliver solutions and responses to patient-related issues. Having developed a strong service offering, they have also created a range of products to provide comfort and relief to healthcare patients.


They are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Castle Donington.

The Role


As a Sales Administrator, you will process sales orders using Sage 200.


Striving to provide a high quality service, you’ll respond to customers’ queries, acknowledge orders, review quotes and process sales invoices.


You will support the Goods In process by attending weekly meetings and reporting on any backlog or issues regarding incoming deliveries, resource allocation and delays.


Additionally, you’ll organise transport for capital sales and imports from external parties, ensuring deliveries are received on time.


About You


To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you’ll need:


- Experience of Sage 200 or 50

- Previous experience in a sales order processing environment

- Customer-facing experience

- Strong Microsoft skills, particularly Excel

- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

- The ability to communicate at all levels
