As a growing business we are looking for a talented person to join us as a Sales Administrator at our busy Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle site in Guildford. This is a fast paced, busy role where you'll assist with the day to day running of our operations department in providing high quality administration support to our Sales Executives.
What we're looking for:
· Previous administration experience in car sales or a similar role
· Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
· Kerridge /ADP experience would be advantageous
· Confident communication skills
· Professional telephone manner
· Strong organisational skills
· Ability to work successfully as a team player
· Ability to manage your own workload
· Helpful and customer focused approach to work
· A thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy
