The Company

My client is a key regional player within the FMCG Food marketplace. They have an outstanding reputation within the industry with regards to the bespoke products they can offer, the tight knit culture of the business and the innovative approach to the marketplace. Due to expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Admin & Customer Support Team Leader based in North London.

The Role

To lead and drive the company Sales Strategy by providing a proactive and efficient support to our Contractors and Sales teams by ensuring the Admin & Customer Services Support team complete daily administrative and sales tasks to Company standards.

The Candidate

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a Customer Support FMCG environment
  • Reviewing and shaping processes
  • Previous management experience
  • You must be tenacious and willing to apply the work ethic required to be successful
  • You will incredibly driven and have the desire to work in a people-centric environment - you put in the hard work, you will get the support and rewards in return
  • You will live within a commutable distance to North London
