RFP Specialist, Asset Management - Central London

Do you have considerable experience of completing RFPs/DDQs for institutional investors and of drafting content and managing RFP databases?

The role will initially be for maternity cover, but there is every opportunity for the role becoming permanent.
The role comprises development and maintenance of the RFP database and the development of standard DDQs.
The sourcing of information to answer the questions posed and at times tailoring existing answers to specific questions.
Responsible for delivery of high-quality RFPs and DDQs on funds to institutional investors.
Liaising with content writers, investment specialists, risk and compliance and various sources external to the Company.
Support the client service and sales teams in responding to ad-hoc questions from clients, consultants and distribution partners.
BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 5 years’ experience of writing RFPs and developing related content.
Experience of working with RFP databases.
Excellent written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
Able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
Highest level of ethical standards, integrity, professionalism, and judgment.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
