Job Introduction

Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager to join our Bristol office.

Main Responsibilities

A national Law Firm with 4 offices and clients across the UK, boasting an innovative approach to solutions and services. This is a full-time role based in modern offices in central Bristol. We are looking for a focussed, driven and self-motivated individual to join our busy Finance department. This is an exciting role that has developed due to company growth to take responsibility for the billing processes for the business. Ideally suited to somebody from a law firm background, but not essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with Fee earners and Partners monitoring and discussing monthly revenue review
  • Management of monthly billing process
  • Using online accounting software to support Fee earners in the processing of sales ledger invoices
  • WIP billing management
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve queries
  • Managing collections and raising sales invoices
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliation
  • Liaising with the debt collection team to ensure frictionless billing and credit control
  • Processing all aspects of Credit notes, ensuring Credit Notes are raised promptly and any request or query resolved within 3 working days


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for an award winning and established business in a pivotal role for the business. You will be working within a friendly and social team environment and will receive excellent benefits as well as a competitive salary based on 35 hours a week. Please note that this role may require travel to our other sites on a periodic basis.

The successful candidate will have the following experience / skills:

  • Degree or similar level education
  • A confident and firm individual with the ability of influencing Partners and Fee earners
  • Enthusiastic about learning new processes
  • Proactive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular focus on MS Excel
  • All aspects of billing
