Elevation Business Support are currently assisting a leading healthcare service provider with the recruitment of a Resourcing & Planning Manager, who will play a pivotal role within the Service Delivery team. You will have direct responsibility for an operational team delivering a range of functional services to client facing teams to support high quality, efficient delivery of a range of services.

The role is responsible for planning and delivering all defined Resourcing and Central Functions operational activities to agreed service levels and within agreed costs, to enable the business to deliver its contractual obligations to its clients.

The role requires excellent organisation and planning skills working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. In addition, the role requires well-developed people management and leadership skills to enable the RCF team to deliver the best possible services to its customers.

Key Responsibilities;

*Resource Management for clinical delivery, ensuring the operational resource plan is maintained, communicated and updated on an ongoing basis
*Active identification of clinical resource gaps and/or "Smart Resourcing" opportunities and obtaining business case approval for recruitment or engagement of third party suppliers
*Operational management of all third-party suppliers involved in direct service delivery, including clinical services, accommodation, facilities, consumables and equipment
*Monitoring of workflow across all service operations, including proactive management of KPI and Service Credit risk
*Delivery of core operational functions designated as "central functions" for all client-facing teams
*Delivery of resilient "Out of Hours" services to all clients through effective management of all operational activity delivered
*Effective budgetary control of all team activities, ensuring all expenditure is properly authorised, tracked and invoiced
*Line management of 3 departmental teams (14) in total

*Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to engage with credibility and gravitas at all levels internally and externally
*Intelligence and analytical skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders to create solutions to meet client needs
*Demonstrable influencing skills, able to adapt style as required to persuade and gain the support of stakeholders
*Able to see beyond presenting problems and identify the root cause of client need/delivery issue
*Excellent leadership skills, with the successful track record of leading a diverse range of teams to achieve results
*Results orientation with a track record of achieving personal goals and being able to support other individuals and teams in achieving their goals
*Resilience and ability to deal with setbacks constructively and work to the resolution of issues
*Decision-maker with sound commercial judgement and ability to take controlled risks to achieve business success
