Our client is now looking for a Complaints Handler to resolve customer queries and issues in relation to their deliveries and invoices. This includes liaising with Hauliers, Warehouses, Sales, Quality teams and Customer Service to investigate the cause of the customers’ issues. The Resolutions Agent will also look for opportunities to improve service performance across the whole business.
