Part Time (17 hours per week)

 

Would you like to join a business that really does focus on putting customers first? 

 

Our Client has a great opportunity for a Reservations Executive to join their busy Central Reservations team where you will provide an excellent reservations service to all customers and bookers. Maximising revenue and occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service, you will take incoming calls and will assist with customer queries.

 

They are looking for someone who has an excellent telephone manner and a confidence on the phones. Ideally with experience in hospitality, you will deliver exceptional customer service and will have a passion for what you do.

 

As a fast growing serviced apartment business they are intent on reshaping hospitality. They want to make sure that everyone understands the benefits of staying in a serviced apartment versus other types of accommodation when they are away from home.  They have a passion for their apartments and they hope you will as well.

 

Working hours for the role are Monday, 5:30pm – 10pm, Friday 5:30pm – 10:30pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm.
