Would you like to join a business that really does focus on putting customers first?

 

We have a great opportunity for a Reservations Executive to join our busy Central Reservations team where you will provide an excellent reservations service to all customers and bookers. Maximising revenue and occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service, you will take incoming calls and will assist with customer queries.

 

We are looking for someone who has an excellent telephone manner and a confidence on the phones. Ideally with experience in hospitality, you will deliver exceptional customer service and will have a passion for what you do.

 

As a fast growing serviced apartment business we are intent on reshaping hospitality. We want to make sure that everyone understands the benefits of staying in a serviced apartment versus other types of accommodation when we are away from home. We have a passion for our apartments and they hope you will as well.

 

It’s a very busy and fast paced working environment that is deeply grounded by our core values of having the courage to Question, Evolve and Be Human.

 

Working hours for the role are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Occasional weekend work may be required to cover busy periods and out of hours holiday cover.
