As a fast growing serviced apartment business our Client is intent on reshaping hospitality. They want to make sure that everyone understands the benefits of staying in a serviced apartment versus other types of accommodation when they are away from home. They have a passion for their apartments and they hope you will as well.
They now have exciting opportunities for customer focused people to join their Reservations team where you will take incoming calls, and assist with customer queries. Providing an excellent reservations services to customers and bookers, you will maximise revenue and occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service.
As a Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for a lot of their customers, so an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deliver exceptional customer services is essential!
With a passion for what you do, and a confidence on the phones, they are looking for people who ideally have experience in hospitality or the travel industry, but who ultimately are wanting a long-term career with a rewarding business.
