As a fast growing serviced apartment business our Client is intent on reshaping hospitality. They want to make sure that everyone understands the benefits of staying in a serviced apartment versus other types of accommodation when they are away from home. They have a passion for their apartments and they hope you will as well.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused person to join their out of hours Reservations team where you will take incoming calls, and assist with customer queries. Providing an excellent reservations service to customers and bookers, you will maximise revenue and occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service.
Within the role you will work 16 hours per week where the hours consist of two evenings per week (5:30pm – 10pm) and either a Saturday or Sunday (9am – 5pm).
As a Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for a lot of the customers, so an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deliver exceptional customer services is essential! With a passion for what you do, and a confidence on the phones, they are looking for people who ideally have experience in hospitality or the travel industry, but who ultimately pride themselves on delivering an exceptional customer service.
