The company:

Our client is a forward-thinking private practice in Coventry and Warwickshire with a well-established history and a wide range of private and commercial clients, covering the whole spectrum of legal advice.

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and personable individual to join their friendly team in the administration department on a part-time basis.

The working hours are 30 per week (Mon-Fri, 11.30am-5.30pm). They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a pivotal role within the team.

The main duties of this role are the reprographics responsibilities, (i.e. scanning, photocopying, digital printing) but this role also involves general office administration, as well as reception cover.

Essential Requirements

Prior office experience (ideally within a legal environment)

Driving licence and own transport

Key Skills

Excellent communication skills - both written and oral

Team player & ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
