Joining them as Registration Administrator, you will be responsible for a number of aspects of the change of supplier process for both gas and electricity. This includes (but is not exclusive to) registration of new supplies, agent appointments, change of supplier reads, handling of objections and resolution of exceptions. In addition to this, management of Siteworks (new connections and disconnections) as well as energisation changes for electricity meters.
Working in a timely and efficient manner, you will assist with the maintenance and development of all registration systems and processes and complete all set-up activity for registration changes to supply points. You will act as a point of contact for internal and third-party queries regarding DTC data flows and liaise with industry agents and customers where required.
They are looking for an individual who has previous customer service experience, preferably in a customer set-up role, and is familiar working with spreadsheets and data as well as handling a high volume of emails. Microsoft proficient and with excellent numerical skills, you will be able to produce accurate work within tight deadlines and be committed to a high standard of performance.
An understanding of the supplier registration processes and interdependencies between customer set up and interfacing departments would be advantageous, however this is not essential.
