Blue Arrow is working with a rapidly expanding business in Chesterfield looking to recruit a Regional Sales Executive from an insurance background. The main purpose of the role will be to identify and develop new business and manage existing customer portfolios within a given region in order to increase sales and maximize profitability. Proactively seeking to develop opportunities within the local business fleet and Insurance sector ACCOUNTABILITIES To self generate, develop and manage new business opportunities Manage a portfolio of existing customers to maximize sales/profit opportunities Effectively manage prospect relationships, negotiating new partner contracts and ensuring that contracts are in place where required Support all existing sales channels Assist in debt management Support network operations in successful fulfillment of customer requirements Maintain relationships with the key influencers and decision makers within Fleet Customers/Insurers/Brokers and effectively develop these relationships at all appropriate levels Review the financial and operational performance of the business with the customer and investigate required changes in order to achieve account profitability targets Communicate effectively with the customer ensuring information is communicated both to and from the customer in a timely and relevant way Manage a successful communication flow between all internal, group and external parties to exceed customer satisfaction For further information please contact Marcella on Blue Arrow is one of the UK`s largest recruitment businesses, dedicated to providing bespoke staffing solutions through a network of over 80 specialist branches and on-site locations.
