The Regional Administrator is central to the successful delivery of the companies activities in the region through effective daily administration and support for both volunteer members and the regional support team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling of enquiries as the first point of contact for the region from members, prospective members, and others
- Events administration involving occasional meeting and greeting and undertaking reception duties for major seminars and annual conferences
- Support and maintain information on regional website to ensure members and other interested parties have access to accurate and informative programme of events and regional information
- Enable promotion of regional events through production and distribution of flyers, electronic mailings
- Maintain good working relationships with other Regional Administrators and teams within company HQ to share information and good practice
- Maintain regional membership data through access to MEMSYS (membership database)
- Provide administrative support to the Graduate and Student committee
- Collate feedback and provide regular reports relating to attendance at events and other KPIs
- Maintain good office management practices including post, filing, copying, coordination of catering, stationery, and literature supplies
- Provide diary management for RST and wider company calendar management within the region and occasional PA support to Regional Director
- Support the Regional Coordinator re the provision of financial administration for the region i.e. issuing invoices, payments and maintaining regional accounts
- Provide professional events administration, including venue negotiation, finalising contracts, booking, and liaison with suppliers

What they are looking for:
- Strong supporting ICT capabilities with knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
- Professionalism
- Attention to detail
- Experience in administration and organisation of events is essential
- Experience of financial administration is desirable
- Experience of a demanding and varied workload and able to balance conflicting priorities
- Experience of database input and report manipulation is desirable
- Equivalent to 5 GCSEs including English and Math
- Secretarial/business training is desirable
