Due to business expansion Anson McCade are currently looking to hire people from a variety of backgrounds who are keen to move into a rapidly expanding, fast moving telesales role.  This role is not your traditional telesales role - There is no mundane product to sell, no script to read from and no standardised list of customers to work through.     Instead, this is a role where you will be encouraged to be creative and innovative using your strong communicative skills to network and develop relationships with customers and businesses alike.  As a Recruitment Agency our role is to source the market for the highest calibre of candidates.  As such, cold calling is a crucial part of your job as you seek to develop and expand your own network.  It will be your role to interview and identify prospective candidates over the phone and qualify why they are suitable for a variety of high level IT, Finance and Accountancy roles.  

STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL!

This is a sales role where you will be expected to spend the majority of your day on the phone to meet and exceed highly competitive targets in order to be rewarded with one of the best commission structures in the city and the career progression to match.
