Description

We are currently looking for a motivated temporary industrial consultant to work in an extremely fast paced office on the high street of Romford, due to the high level of demanding contracts you will need to have experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running.
Purpose of the role: To maximise the Sales and Gross Margin through the timely placement of temporary industrial staff with clients reflecting the values of Blue Arrow.
Secondary Objectives
Sales - To develop and maintain a profitable client base through a proactive, planned, sales approach to current and prospective clients.

Recruitment - To develop and maintain a pool of assessed and motivated candidates in line with anticipated demand, ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards.

Service - To match and exceed client expectations by offering a reliable, responsive temporary recruitment service, maximising efficiency through the effective use of technology and standard company permanent business operating processes.
