We are looking to recruit a Resourcing Administrator for a large reputable company based in Leeds.
The ideal candidate will have:-
· Previous experience in Recruitment/Resourcing
· Educated to a good Standard
· IT literate
· Good Administration Skills
· Be able to identify the needs of the department
· The ability to read CVs and match accordingly
· Be able to follow the recruitment process from selecting candidates to booking interviews
· Excellent communication skills
· Good attention to detail
· Very organised and focused
Ideally we would like candidates to have some of the above experience, however people with transferrable skills will be considered.
Salary is £20 – 23K per annum.
