Elevation Recruitment are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a very busy sales team in Rotherham.

Key Accountabilities:

-Dealing with all incoming calls, diverting calls to the appropriate contact
-Meeting and greeting clients, candidate and visitors on site
-Assisting in checking candidate compliance - ID and eligibility to work documents
-Preparing meeting rooms and general housekeeping of the interview/ meeting room facilities -Maintain safe and clean office workspace
-Formatting CV's and documentation as and when required
-Providing support to the wider business with ad hoc project work including general database maintenance and management and marketing material
-General administrative duties including scanning and filing
-Maintaining excellent relationships with Job Board contacts
-Arranging publication of branded adverts
-Monitor usage of advertising credits and negotiation of contracts with job boards
-Dealing with queries from consultants
-Administrating addition and deletion of users on all systems, job boards etc
-Maintenance of company website, e-shot templates and online profiles
-Managing internal room and equipment bookings and scheduling meetings where required
-Dealing with IT queries and communication with support team
-Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment
-Procurement of office supplies and equipment
