Role overview

They are currently recruiting for an Insurer Payments and Bordereau Administrator to join their Central Services Finance team based in Retford. This role would suit a numerical candidate who has experience within reconciliations and has excellent excel skills.

As the business goes through an exciting growth period, there will be many opportunities to get involved in other exciting projects.

Location: Based near Retford Train Station, means there are great transports links should you wish to travel by train, car, or bus. They also have free car parking close to the office.

Responsibilities:

- Reconciliation of monthly Insurer bordereau’s and settlement of premium to Insurers.
- Produce reconciled Insurer accounts and related system remittance.
- Create detailed excel spreadsheets for the monthly payments.
- Aiding integration and change through designing, building and then testing new bordereau reports.
- Ensure all premiums are settled to Insurers within the given timescales.
- Reconcile payments received from Insurers.
- Supporting senior team to troubleshoot and enhance existing processes and reporting.

Experience:

- Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and formulas
- Experience of troubleshooting / problem solving, with a key eye for data and an analytical mind
- Ability to report to all levels of management within the Group, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and hit monthly deadlines.
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
