THE ROLE: You will offer administrative assistance and support with sales.
Key Responsibilities for the Receptionist / Sales Assistant is to include:-
• Deal with customer enquiries via telephone and email effectively • Dealing with new and existing customer queries face to face • Answering incoming calls into the business • Cash handling • General administrative office duties
Key experience essential for the role of Receptionist / Sales Assistant-
• Experience in a customer facing role is essential • A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle • A polite and professional telephone manner • Good numeracy and literacy skills • Be proficient in IT
You will be a strong communicator and good team player. You will need to effectively manage your workload, be able to work well under pressure and be able to build a rapport easily.
THE COMPANY: Our client was formed in 1990 and they have three caravan parks, which includes static caravan parks, a touring caravan site and caravan sales.
