They have a great opportunity for you to join their reception team as a Guest Services Executive / Receptionist. This role involves you providing a memorable guest service and genuine hospitality at every stage of the guest journey; from taking the initial reservation to providing a warm welcome and making a lasting impression when your guests check out.
All they are looking for is someone who understands how to provide excellent customer service, who has previous experience in a hotel or serviced apartment reception. If this person is you then get in touch!
This is a permanent part time position where you will work 30 hours per week. This will be 4 shifts over 7, and there will be the option for some overtime working covering holiday and sickness as required.
