THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established property company who hold a substantial property portfolio covering industrial, office and residential sectors. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Personal Assistant to join their small and friendly office in Preston. The role encompasses various duties in Reception and General Administration of the company, as well as carrying out PA duties for the Chairman.
The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and be able to work on their own initiative. The candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be self-motivated.
Must also be a team player as they will be joining a small existing team.
Experience in a similar role and knowledge of property/ commercial letting industry may be an advantage.
